I found a couple of these trees on sale at Lowes after Christmas.  I replaced the white LEDs in the tree with Tri-color LEDs and wired them up to one of my D-Light DC boards. Great idea at first, except it didn't work.  I could get the LEDs to change colors manually, but since the LEDS used a common cathode they wouldn't work once connected to a controller.  Fortunately I had taken my proto-type to the OKC Mini in April and met Greg who very graciously created a circuit that allowed me make the LEDs and D-Light work together.  I do apologize in advance for the less than stellar video, it's obviously time for a new camcorder as my Canon is simply unable to catch the red LEDs.
